We provide a full design and build service package and also deal with all relevant parties, architects, engineers, local authorities and suppliers.

We are a long established and innovative building company. We come with the usual professional standing , and are members of Home Pro, Fair Trades, fully insured etc but more than that, you should look forward to the high quality of  service we can provide you:

1. A free, no obligation, quotation with drawings for you to visualise the proposed space.

2.  Superior design of your conversion using our own in-house designer. This helps us achieve your aims so far as is possible. 3D design visualisations available.

3. One to one point of contact for all your requirements.

The person allocated to your project will be responsible for meeting your needs and provide assistance to see the project through with you from start to completion.

The majority of our clients will be having major work done for the first time and may well have to rely on our experience and guidance to see them through the project. We know when and what questions you should be asking at certain stages of the build. If you have overlooked some questions or are unaware of others we make sure we raise and cover them. We aim to get things done the way you want

4. Fully trained personnel. –   No independent crews with high staff turnover reducing the quality of work in your home. We have stringent recruitment procedures and all crew members will have worked under our supervision prior to recruitment into a team. This ensures that they have the required ability and knowledge of the way we do things and the standards required. It is our commitment to consistency. Producing work with chosen tried and tested methods that have proved themselves over the years.

5. Materials- We always try to obtain construction materials from sustainable resources. Our suppliers provide us with quality materials and are well aware of our demands in this regard.

6. Quality staircases -built by experts to match existing and not mass produced and off the shelf. (see our gallery)

7. Using our own hoists – when companies start converting, a good company should try to minimize disruption to you and to your neighbours, after all the idea is to improve your quality of life not start neighbour disputes. So, for example, we put up scaffold and our own electric hoists to lift heavy items such as steels, timber, boards and tiles. This reduces the length of time a project will take as materials can be moved far more quickly and efficiently. It also means old materials can be removed quickly and into a skip, which we organise. Working from our scaffold reduces the need to access the roof space through your home. You will see that many companies arrange for a large crane to raise steel beams up into to the roof space. They often show photos of this in their literature. We avoid this and as a result, we don’t block your street up  and prevent your neighbours parking. We don’t have the delay in waiting on someone else to do the job for us. We reduce the stress of building works by actually considering the way we work and the impact this may have on you and neighbourly relations. End result, quicker turn around on a project and no damaged pavements as a result of heavy vehicles lifting steel beams outside your property.

8. Specification-We have put together a detailed General Specification sheet that we use for all our work.

(see ref link: Specification for loft conversion and Specification for an extension).

Whoever undertakes your loft conversion or extension they will need to comply with the minimum    requirements required under the building regulations.
